Mixed books?
My UCL supervisor (professor Benoit Rihoux) just left my office and I am laughing out loud.

Benoit: So how do you manage that bunch of books there (pointing at what you see at the picture - which is half of my office desk)?
Bojana: Well, here are the books and articles on mixed methods (pointing at the upper left corner), here are the articles about online research methods (pointing middle left), here about data quality …
Benoit: No, no here are mixed books, not mixed methods!
Nothing so funny when reading this, but he said it with such tone of voice and such look that I couldn’t help myself but bursting into laughter.

it´s good to know how to combine quantitative and qualitative methods.
you take a small number of good articles and a pile of useless books, mix it together and you get mixed methodology.
or..?
