Perspective: Create an e-annoyance, go to jail

In order to avoid jail, you have to sign your name under posting annoying Web messages or sending annoying e-mail messages - worth reading :)

    If only they’d added a “Death-penalty-for-spammers” clause..

    Jokes aside, as the article mentions, it does seem disconcertingly vague. For a legal system as clogged and problematic as the American one, making “annoying” illegal isn’t going to help things — even if the intentions are noble enough.
