No Istanbul This Time

Yesterday, first thing in the morning I rang Adria up to see what was going on with that flight. I was told there were too few passengers and they cancelled it but the return flight was still ok. Then later on I called the person, responsible for Istanbul flights and asked her again about the return flight. That piece of information I got was different from what I heard before: also cancelled. Hmmmm. Too few passengers. They offered us some substitutive flights, but accepting those we would have stayed there less time or would have returned home later. Since I am planning to go skiing next Saturday, I can’t possible return home later, so we decide to postpone it. Till early March, or so. I am a bit sorry cos I was really looking forward to going. But as we will go anyway, just later, it doesn’t bother me that much.

And good news: I will be able to work also the whole next week. We have semester holidays here so I have no teaching for a month - an opportunity to work on and read for my thesis for the whole next week:)))))))
