I always collected plastic bags of various sensitive gadgets, and then I did THIS with them. Who says that not everything is getting virtual??? Try it out on a daily basis for about 5 minutes (yes, a quick medicine:))) and you can kiss your stress good bye:)))) Ohh, Manic Mode especially pleasurable!
